
Ingredients
- 250g beef steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 small broccoli head, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, toss beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and cornstarch. Let sit for 10–15 minutes. - Stir-Fry the Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef and cook quickly until browned. Remove and set aside. - Cook the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the remaining oil. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender. - Combine and Serve:
Return the beef to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook 1–2 more minutes. Adjust seasoning. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
