Baked Garlic Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven:
    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Garlic Mixture:
    In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season the Salmon:
    Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush the garlic mixture evenly over the fillets.
  4. Bake the Salmon:
    Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve:
    Garnish with fresh lemon slices and extra dill if desired. Serve hot with your favorite side.
