Chicken Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (about 300g)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half the cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Assemble: Spread the mixture evenly in the casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs if desired.
  4. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
