- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Oven:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Make the Garlic Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. - Season the Salmon:
Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush the garlic mixture evenly over the fillets. - Bake the Salmon:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. - Serve:
Garnish with fresh lemon slices and extra dill if desired. Serve hot with your favorite side.
