- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, toss together romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated parmesan cheese until evenly coated. Add sliced grilled chicken and cherry tomatoes, tossing gently to combine.
- Assemble the Wrap: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the filling mixture between the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll up tightly from the bottom. Slice in half if desired. Serve immediately for a crisp wrap, or wrap in foil for lunch on the go.
