Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (about 300g)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a casserole dish.
- Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half the cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Assemble: Spread the mixture evenly in the casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
