Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer the Parfait:
    In a glass or jar, spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom. Add a layer of granola and half of the berries.
  2. Repeat Layers:
    Add the remaining yogurt, then top with the rest of the berries and more granola.
  3. Finish and Serve:
    Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Serve immediately.
