
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Make the Marinade:
 In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken:
 Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) in the refrigerator.
- Grill the Chicken:
 Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Rest and Serve:
 Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dish.
