- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Tuna Salad: In a bowl, combine the drained tuna with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, and red onion. Mix well until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Lay one slice of bread on a plate. Spread the tuna salad evenly on top. Add lettuce if desired, then top with the second slice of bread.
